  1. How many employees are required to qualify as an employer group?

      It is possible to qualify as an employer group with only 1 employee depending on what documentation the potential carrier requires.



  2. What percentage of the premium is the employer required to pay?

      The state of California requires the employer to pay a minimum of 50% of the employee cost  The employer contribution toward dependent cost is left to the employer’s discretion.



  3. How do we enroll?

      Complete the Employer Group Survey/Census and request a quote.
